Kazakhstan’s biggest city, Almaty, is almost reminiscent of Europe with its leafy avenues, chic cafes, glossy shopping centers and hedonistic nightlife.   • Itinerary is subject to change/swap without any prior notice
  • The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway
  • In case of single person an additional amount will be charged for hotel room as rooms are double sharing unless a companion is there
  • There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
  • Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary are not included
  • Check In to the hotel is always 1400/1500 hours & Check Out is always 1100/1200 Hours. Early Check in and late check out is subject to availability
  • It is the responsibility of the Passengers to ensure the Validity of their Passports and Valid Visas for the country of visit (Minimum validity of six months at the time of travel)
  • Visa approval and immigration clearance depends upon government entities and TO & FRO will not be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges /fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, and the threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers
  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit
  • Please note that the air tickets, hotel bookings (2days), insurance (2days), boarding pass (24 hours) and guide details (2days) will be provided prior to trip only
  • Trip will be confirmed only when the complete payment is done
